DANILLITPHIL PRODUCTIONS USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS LICENSING AGREEMENT

Danillitphil Productions' images are protected by copyright laws with all rights retained. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Danillitphil Productions.

These products may be used for commercial use without an additional licensing fee, under these Terms and Conditions. Only the images and animations created using these images can be freely used and distributed for personal and commercial uses. Name and website credit is required in any commercial use (Danillitphil Productions, www.danillitphil.com).

Expressly prohibited:

1. No image nor any other file purchased from Danillitphil Productions may be resold under penalty of law. The products may not be duplicated, replicated, copied, sublicensed, rented or leased in part or in their entirety.
2. The products may not be resold, given away, or otherwise disseminated or transferred in whole or in part.
3. The products, standing alone, may not be stored on any computer or server with access to the Internet for the purposes of allowing access, be it limited or public.
4. Any image used must be accompanied by an image different than any purchased from this website. You may use any image as part of a picture or game. For instance, you may not have a deer stand or walk by itself, but you may have a deer stand or walk on the image of ground or next to an image of a tree or flower not purchased from this website.
5. Danillitphil Productions is not responsible in any way for what a purchaser does with the images or files purchased.

What this means is that you can use these images in a commercial or personal picture or a game. You can take a snapshot of your game with a Danillitphil Productions image in it and post it on the internet. What you can't do is take your purchase and post it on the internet as your own or even as mine in order to resell, give away, download, or rent, etc. Neither can you copy your purchase in whole or in part and give away or sell your purchase. This way, you can use these products freely as part of your own original game or picture creation, and commercially sell or give away your own product without fear. Just give us a credit line.
